The team behind Z30+ has been the key to the success. Johan Larsvall is an industrial designer who has developed the boat with hull lines from the Danish CDE Yacht Design. When this racing version was created, experts with different competencies were gathered; Jimmy Hellberg who further developed the hull lines, keel, rudder concept and contributed to the dialogue with Seldén who was responsible for the carbon fiber rig. The dialogue with North Sail resulted in a sailing wardrobe that would be easy to handle and avoid time-consuming sail changes. However, the weight here was important to keep down and still withstand trim in the stiff boat. The rig as well, a low weight and trim options to get the right sail shape in different conditions. Vaxholm Komposit, experts in vacuum injected carbon fiber laminate, built the whole boat extremely light. It allowed an increased weight on the keel. All together have shown impressive results in races that are difficult to beat.
